Welcome to the Panther family!
Summer and fall 2026 registration is now open. (You will need to accept your offer of admission before signing up.)
At orientation, you’ll meet with an advisor, register for classes, connect with your orientation leader and learn about key campus resources. We’re excited to get to know your goals and help you get started!

Orientation Tips
For the best experience:
- Use a laptop or tablet (phones work too)
- Find a quiet space
- Make sure your internet, camera and audio are working
Your schedule will appear in your Orientation Portal three days before your session, and Zoom links will be available the day of.
Before Orientation
Log into your Orientation Portal (opens April 1 for summer/fall 2026) and complete your pre-orientation tasks at least one week before your session. You’ll need to:
- Declare your major/minor
- Submit transfer credits and degrees
- Share your career goals
- Upload your UNI ID photo
- Take the ALEKS math placement exam (if needed)
After Orientation
Once your session wraps up, head back to your Orientation Portal to finish a few quick tasks:
- Complete the survey
- Order your parking pass
- Review the Student Conduct Code
- Accept your financial aid terms
Then get ready for your first semester as a Panther:
- Order textbooks
- Review the move-in guide
