Jump Start
Information for Jump Start 2023
Jump Start is an extended orientation program designed to facilitate the successful transition of students from underrepresented racial and ethnic backgrounds as well as students who have participated in AVID and TRIO programs (such as Upward Bound and Educational Talent Search).
These students are mailed invitations to Jump Start in February, and other students are welcome to contact us if they are interested in participating as well. Please contact jumpstart@uni.edu or call 319-273-4705 with questions!
Registration Information
Jump Start registration is now LIVE. Students who are eligible to sign up for Jump Start will receive a mailer and emails to sign up.
You must also sign up for Summer Orientation.
