Being a Jump Start Academy leader allows me to give back to the community that helped shape my college experience. I can’t even begin to express how thankful I am to have participated in Jump Start as both a first-year student and a Pathfinder. I can’t wait to be a resource and a friend to any student of color at UNI. It will be so rewarding to be a small part of all their successes throughout and beyond college.
