Success Coaches provide one-to-one mentoring for students who are experiencing academic difficulties during the first or second year of college. Students receive personalized support as they make a fresh start, getting connected to resources tailored to their individual needs. Success Coaches help students recognize and build upon strengths, make plans based on academic and personal goals, get involved in the campus community, and ultimately work toward better grades and a positive university experience. Eligible students will be contacted about the success coaching program in January. Contact Deedee Heistad or Kristin Woods with questions about the program, or to request a success coach.
